Appointment Policy
Appointments are scheduled:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 11:40 am & 2:20 pm - 5:20 pm
Walk-ins are welcome anytime from 8:00 am - 11:40 am & 2:20 pm - 6:00 pm, but appointments do get preference.
All surgical procedures, heartworm treatments, and drop-offs, and baths are done by appointment only. Please call the office to schedule a time.
Drop-offs
For our clients we offer a convenient drop-off service for things like sick/hurt animal exams, vaccinations, and x-rays. Please have this form filled out for faster services when you drop-off.
Pre-surgical Policy
All patients scheduled for surgery should have no food after midnight the night before surgery and nothing the morning of surgery. Water should be available at all times. All patients should arrive on their scheduled day between 7:30 am - 9:00am.
We HIGHLY recommend bloodwork to check the kidney and liver function for all of our patients regardless of age. For animals 8 years of age and younger bloodwork is optional. For patients 8 years of age and older bloodwork is required.
